A Message from the FBI’s Airport Liaison Agent Coordinator

As the Airport Liaison Agent Coordinator (ALAC) for the Jackson Division of the FBI, I would like to thank the Mississippi Airports Association for their continued partnership and support. The Civil Aviation Security Program’s (CASP) mission is to address threats and support investigations involving civil aviation and commercial space. We provide operational support, training in the field and intelligence and serve as a liaison to the industry. We partner closely with the Federal Aviation Administration and the Transportation Safety Administration to ensure the safety of your airports, aircraft, staff and passengers.

I, along with the Airport Liaison Agents covering the state of Mississippi, will be reaching out over the next few weeks to introduce ourselves and schedule time with each of your facilities for brief on-site visits to discuss the CASP partnership. Our goal is to streamline two-way communication efforts in order to strengthen the security of the aviation sector within the state. I look forward to speaking with each of you in the near future!
